Oct. 7 DCMS Prairie Run Thanks for coming to cheer on your DC XC runner! It was great to have you there. The girls had 3 in the top 20 and the boys had 2 in the top 20. The girls placed 1st!!! They beat 2 teams who they had faced in 2 other meets this year. Coach Greer and I will be working with the teams as we prepare for the Suburban Conference meet! Thanks to Mrs. Maichek for helping Mr. Perdue, Mrs. Skinner, and Mr. Blankenship at the finish line!!! We would also like to thank Coach Riden and his HS XC runners for their help at the meet!
Oct. 14th Suburban Conference Information We will be leaving at 2:45. We hope to watch the HS run. Please use the directions on the information link.
Parents and runners: We will only be taking 7 runners for this event; 7 girls and 7 boys.. The Conference does not have a JV division.

DIRECTIONS TO COTTONWOOD FLATS / CROSS COUNTRY: (200 W. Noble)
Coming from the west go east on Highway 33. Turn on Walnut north. You will see the buses. FROM I-35 NORTH OR SOUTH: Come into Guthrie on exit 157. This is HWY 33 or Noble Avenue. Go west approximately 2.2 miles, until you cross the viaduct. The flood plane area is considered "Cottonwood Flats".
Directions to Norman: From the North: I-35 South merge left at the 1st Norman exit, US-77 S via exit 113 for about 3 miles. Turn left (East) on Robinson for 2.5 miles. Turn Right (South) on 24 Ave. NE. Drive 1 mile to Alameda. Continue (South) on 24 Ave. N.E for ¼ mile. The NHS Soccer/Softball/XC parking lot is on the right.

Fast Route: Hwy. 51 to Country Club (left) (1 st red light)-1 miles north to McElroy (right )(stop sign) 2 mile east to * stop sign & another ¼ mile east to X.C. Course. |
